Charles "Chuck" Bailey

Charles “Chuck” E. Bailey 54 of Canal Winchester, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Fairfield Medical Center.

He was a contractor who loved to build homes, woodworking and using hands. He attended Grace Bible Church in canal Winchester, Ohio.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 34 years, Amy; son, Matthew (Elizabeth) Bailey of Etna, Ohio; daughters, Megan Bailey of Ohio, Marissa ( Michael) Ardrey of Baltimore, Ohio, Jerrilyn Bailey of Carbondale, Illinois, Mallory Bailey and Markie Bailey both of Lancaster, Ohio, Avrial Bailey of Sugar Grove, Ohio and Lillian Bailey of Canal Winchester, Ohio; eight grandchildren; parents, Russell and Carolyn Lieb of New Vienna, Ohio; brothers, Jeff (Barb) Lieb of Indiana, Roger (Trena) Lieb of Joplin, Missouri, David (Sunshine) Key of Hillsboro, Ohio and Ronnie (Pam) Haynes of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters, Gerrilyn (Donny) Benter of Indiana, Crystal Bailey Truitt of Florida, Donna (Eddie) Frazier of Kentucky, Christina (Pete) Agema of Michigan, and Tammy Ward of Indiana; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Tina Haynes.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Grace Bible Church, 424 Gender Rd, Canal Winchester, OH 43110 with Pastor Matt Shackelford officiating. Caring Cremation® has taken place by the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OH 43105. Family and friends may visit 2 hours prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
