Chad Hanna

Chad Hanna 40 of Columbus, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Grant Medical Center. He was a carpet installer for various carpet stores.

Chad is survived by his mother and step-father, Yolanda and Rockey Spires, Sr. of Columbus, Ohio; brother, Chris (Ashley) Hanna of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; step-brother, Rockey (Katie) Spires, Jr. of Lancaster, Ohio; half-sister, Brandy Hanna; half-brother, Steven Hanna; aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins, and his girlfriend, Danielle. He was preceded in death by his father, Randy Hanna and grandparents.

Memorial service will be held Monday, May 21, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with William C. Lavely officaiting. Caring Cremation® has taken place. Friends may visit Monday from 2-4 and 6-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
