Carl "Steve" Green

Carl “Steve” Green, 62 of Sugar Grove, Ohio passed away Friday, November 3, 2017 at his residence.

He was a graduate of Grandview High School Class of 1973. He was a retired master mechanic for AAA with 27 years of service.

Carl was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed his family and his football.

He is survived by his sons, Tyler A. Green of Columbus, Ohio and Troy D. Green of Sugar Grove, Ohio; nephews and nieces, Carl A. Adkins of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ronald E. Adkins of Columbus, Ohio, Joe D. Westerman of Sugar Grove, Ohio, Ellen Westerman of Springfield, Ohio, and Meredith D. Westerman of California and great nieces and nephews.

Carl is preceded in death by his wife Tamara, parents, Carl A. Green and Dorothy Green and sister, Mary Green.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Deacon Daniel Jacob officiating. Caring Cremation® to follow. Burial will be held at a later date in St. Mary Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2-4 & 5-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
