Carl Gossell

Carl J. Gossell, 90, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018, at Reflections Assisted Living Facility.

Preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Wanda; his mother, Marvine Uhl; and brother, Russell Gossell.

He is survived by his son, David; daughter, Carla; daughter-in-law, Janet; and grandson, Jordan.

Carl loved working with tools and owned his own machine shop.
He also loved riding motorcycles, growing roses, and playing drums in his country western band.

Funeral service for Carl will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster with Reverend Cheryl Foulk officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster. Family and friends may visit from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Carl to FairHoPe Hospice, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C. 20090.
