Caleb Allen Sims, five years old, of Lancaster, passed away at Children’s Hospital on May 29th, 2018. He was born on April 29th 2013 to his loving parents, Randall and Melissa Sims. Caleb was an amazing boy, who loved his family and friends and always had a beautiful smile and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. As Caleb always said, “ I love you big like the Moon!”

He is survived by his parents, Randall and Melissa Sims; grandparents, Rex and Diana Sims and John Henderson; aunts and uncles, Annie (Kevin) Palmer, Jessa Henderson, Scott Sims, Skyler Henderson, and Billy Joe (Andi) Henderson; great aunts, Linda Hargus and Alice Trumble Rocky Henderson; and several cousins.

A funeral service will take place on Monday at 3PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130, officiated by Pastor William Lavely. Family and friends may call from 1PM until the time of service at 3PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Caring Cremation™ will take place following the service.
