Bill (William) Hubbard, 58, of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, died October 28, 2015. Born in Columbus, Ohio as the youngest son of Tom and Rita Hubbard. A friend to all and a stranger to no one.
As Founder and President of Nortone Service Inc., Bill was proud to have served many hubs in Columbus, Charlotte, Chicago, and Harrisburg (PA), and proud of the values in service he and Nortone's hundreds of workers provided for 30 years.
Survived by Sherry (Wells) Hubbard (spouse), and faithful companions Bennie Boy and Honey. Also survived by sisters Susie (Joe) Hill, Pat (Kay) Hubbard, Martha Scott, and many loving in-laws. Survived by and mentor to nieces and nephews Elizabeth, Aaron, and Carey Scott; Jennifer, Joseph, and Joshua Hill; Jeff, Jeremy, and Janna Hubbard; Mica, Hillary, and Abby Herd; Meghan and Lora Beth Nowicki; Ian Wells; and a host of loved grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Mike.
Bill graduated from Wehrle High School, class of 76. As a graduate of the Ohio State University with a BA in English, Bill could write and tell stories with the best. He was proud of his accomplishments as an Eagle Scout and his legacy of fostering others behind him. His hobbies included his passion for fishing, cooking, traveling, and pranks. He was a generous to a fault, always giving and never asking enough.

Funeral Memorial to be held on Monday, November 2nd at 10 AM, at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church, 5133 Walnut Rd SE, Buckeye Lake, OH 43008. Father Gribble and Father Matt Hoover will officiate the service. Private interment at a later date.
