Beverly Roe

Beverly Roe, 68, Lancaster, died on Thursday, September, 15, 2011, at the Pickering House.

Beverly was a member of the Groveport United Methodist Church. She owned and operated Bev’s House of Beauty for 30 years in Ashville, Ohio. Beverly also enjoyed teaching for 15 years at the Ohio State School of Cosmetology.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 30 years, John Roe; children, Gwen Myers, Terrie Hay, and Walter (Leanne) Myers, Jr.; step-children, Jackie (Clay) Cook and Jon (Jessica) Roe; grandchildren, Jacob (Mary) Hay, Matthew (Cheryl) Hay, Seth Myers, Shane Myers, Brian Lejman, Amber King, Brandon Lejman, Benjamin Cook, Damian Roe, and Amanda Saltzman; and great grandchildren, Sophia and Madison.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Glitt and Wallace Pierce.

Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Monday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N Columbus St, Lancaster 43130. Caring Cremation will follow.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at GROVEPORT UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 512 Main Street, Groveport, Ohio 43125 with Reverend Jeremy Moyers and Pastor Jim Burge officiating.
