Beverly Crooks

Beverly Ann Crooks (Smith) 78 of Lancaster, Ohio peacefully passed away Monday, August 29, 2016 at Homestead Nursing Home.

She was previously employed at Golf Works in Newark, Ohio, enjoyed bowling and her cat, Fluffy.

Beverly is survived by her daughter, Vickie L. Ford (Crooks); sons, Steven M. Crooks, Edward L. (Marilyn) Crooks; sister, Saundra L. Andrix of Westerville and children; granddaughters, Stephanie L. Nolan (Crooks), Shianne N. Swinehart; and 4 great grandchildren. Many cousins and close friends; Pat Pickering and daughter, Debbie Pickering and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh L. Smith and Beulah E. Harshbarger (Taylor).

Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016. Family may visit from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.
