Bernard T. McCashen 70 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at his residence. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Air Force.
He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl A. Georgas of Ashville, Ohio; son, Patrick S. (Susan) McCashen of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Patrick E. McCashen, Jessica L. McCashen, George S. Georgas, Casey A. McClellan , Christopher D. McClellan; great grandchildren, Justin A. Willis and Adalyn K. McClellan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard J. and Jean McCashen, brother, Patrick J. McCashen, and grandson, Colt Michael McCashen.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Cemtery with Father Peter Gideon as Celebrant. Arrnagements are being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Memorial gifts may be given to the chariyt of donor's choice.
