Bernadine Clark

Bernadine “Bernie” A. Clark, 80, of Canal Winchester, Ohio, formerly of Steubenville, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012. She was born July 19, 1932, in Wellsburg, West Virginia to the late Thomas and Ella Mae Clark.

Bernie is survived by her favorite granddaughter, Emilia Sarlo; sons, John R. Clark of Pennsylvania and Kevin (Susan) Sarlo of Canal Winchester; adopted daughter and son, Ginger and Jim Roach of Steubenville; sisters, JoAnn Giannini of Potomic Beach, Maryland and Evelyn Pasco of Rayland; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Bernie was preceded in death by her parents and longtime companion, Joseph N. Sarlo.

Following Bernie’s wishes, no services will be held. Caring Cremation has taken place with the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home in Lancaster, Ohio.
