Berkley E. Smith 89 of Carroll, Ohio died Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Rockmill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He is survived by his brother, Charles Smith of Fort Worth, Texas and several nieces, nephes, great nieces and nephews. Arrangements were handled by the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Lancaster, Ohio.
