Barbara Russell

Barbara Sue Russell, age 82 of Lancaster, passed away on October 9th, 2016. She was born to the late Owen and Thelma Reams Reilly in Lima, OH on Jan. 15, 1934. She retired from Fairfield Medical Center in Laundry and Housekeeping. Barbara enjoyed crocheting, sewing, do paint by numbers, but she loved spending time with her family, being in nature, and enjoying her wind chimes.

She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Donna), Jay, David (Nancy), and Ben (Robin) Russell; 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; and two cats, Baby and Lucky.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; son, Dale Russell; daughter-in-law, Annette Russell; sister, Louise (Bob) Sauer; and brothers, Donald and Patrick Reilly. A graveside service arranged by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME will take place on Wednesday at 2PM with one hour calling prior to the service at Maple Grove Cemetery in Lancaster.
