Barbara Richards

Barbara Ann Richards, age 86 of Baltimore, died Saturday, February 8th, 2014 at the Fairfield Medical Center. She was born to C. L. Haynes and Dessie Haynes Koffman, on April 2nd, 1927. Barb was a lifelong resident of Baltimore, OH who retired from Western Electric. She was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Dee (Wiley) Stein of Columbus; son, David (Diane) Richards of Baltimore; grandchildren, Shawn (Scott) Holland, Scott Laver, Dane (Danielle) Richards, and Dessi (Ryan) Richards; great grandchildren, Ian Thompson, Jessica Holland, Emily Holland, and Kameron Laver; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Barb was preceded in death by her Husband of 59 ½ years, Denver E. Richards; parents, brother, Eugene L. Haynes.
Caring Cremation® has taken place through the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME. A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Branson Hawkes, will take place at the Baltimore United Methodist Church on Sunday, February 15th at 3PM. Interment of the cremains will take place at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery in Baltimore. Family and friends are invited to visit with the family from 2PM until 3PM on Sunday at the church.
