B. Rita Black

B. Rita Black 91 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Lan-Fair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.  She enjoyed cooking, baking and sewing. She was a Girl Scout leader, donated her time to the schools and church and just an overall caring person.

Rita is survived by her husband of 70 years, Thomas Black; daughter, Sandra (Dan) Anders; son, Thomas B. (Rebecca) Black, II all of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Danny Lee (Rachel) Anders, II, Tracy (Matthew) Schmelzer, Thomas C. (Cyndi) Black, and Tiffany (James) Wallace; nine great grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Maxine Black of Florida, Carole Taylor and Mary and Richard Weaver all of Lancaster, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lillian Willett, sisters, Julia, Rose, Bernadine and Mary, brothers and one being an infant and Francis Willett.
