Axel Smith

Infant, Axel James Smith, of Lancaster two and a half months old, died July 28th, 2018 at Children's Hospital in Columbus . He was survived by his loving parents, Walter and Chelsea Smith; brother, Blaze Martin Smith grandparents; Mary Smith, Carolyn (Tim) Martin; several aunts, uncles, and cousins and family.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Walter Smith and Uncle, Kyle Smith.
Caring Cremation has taken place through the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME A memorial service will take place on Saturday, August 11th at 1PM at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME 405 N Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130.
