Anne Michels Wince 67 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away, Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born on May 10, 1945 to George Thomas and Mary Wallace Michels in Charleston, West Virginia.
She was retired from Fairfield Medical Center in the case management department with over 30 years of service. She liked to play golf, scuba dive and the sand and beach in general.
Anne is survived by her husband of 47 years, Phil; daughter, Beth (Mark)Hughes of Centerville, Ohio; son, Buck (Kathy) Wince of Worthington, Ohio; grandchildren, Katie Hughes, Kenny Hughes, Emma Wince, Ella Wince and Jack Wince; father and wife, George Thomas and Gretna Michels of Charleston, West Virginia; brother, Tommy Michels of St. Albans, West Virginia and 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Courtney Wince and mother, Mary Wallace Michels.
Friends may visit Sunday, February 17, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. A private service will be held at a later time with Pastor Robert Thomas “Tommy” Michels officiating. Burial will be in Hampson Cemetery.
