Annabelle Lee Taylor, 92, of Lancaster, died at her residence on Monday, March 28,
2016.
Annabelle was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She served in the United
States Cadet Nurse Corps during World War II. She received her Masters Degree in
Nursing from the Ohio State University School of Nursing and she was a nursing
instructor at Grant Hospital for several years. Annabelle loved and cared for all God’s
creatures.
Annabelle is survived by her daughters, Holly (Frederick) Davidorf, Cynthia (Charles)
Taylor, and Nancy (William) Miller; grandchildren, Bradley Davidorf, Melissa (Adam)
Pressman, Michele (Mark) Blumenthal, Matthew Miller, and Emily Miller; and six
great grandchildren.
Annabelle was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Maude Junkermann;
husband, Dr. E.R. Taylor; son, Jeffrey Taylor; and brother, Howard Junkermann.
Caring Cremation through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. In accordance with
Annabelle’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Burial will be in Forest Rose
Cemetery.
