Ann Gwynneth (Gordon) Walston

Ann Walston, 70, passed away September 18, 2022. Cancer took her body, but her spirit lives on.

She is survived by her husband Bill Walston; son Adam Gordon (Gina); twin granddaughters Ellen and Niki.

Ann retired from Franklin County Residential Services where she enriched the lives of all the people in her care. She attended Faith Memorial Church where she was an enthusiastic supporter of Operation Christmas Child. Ann was a true people person with a generous heart always willing to give more than she received. She left a trail of laughter, kindness and love making the world a better place than she found it.

At Ann’s request Caring Cremation® has taken place through Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place in the Frank E. Smith Chapel, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130, on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11AM. There will be an hour of calling before the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd. Lancaster, OH 43130. Ann’s Family sincerely appreciates the compassionate care she received there.
