Ann Elizabeth Collins (née Kitz)

Ann was born in Bremen, Ohio on November 16, 1938 and passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Friday September 29, 2017.

Devoted Mother to Lisa (Marty) Kenny of Willowick, Ohio, Jane Meng (Scott Butler) of Canal Winchester, Ohio, Michael (Dawn) Collins & Scott (Vicky) Collins both of Lancaster, Ohio.
Proud Grandmother to Lauren, Kaitlyn & Samantha Meng, Max (Jessica) Collins, Devin Collins, Brooke (Cody) Madden, Chayton Wright and Connor Collins. She was also blessed with 6 great-grandchildren.

Ann is also survived by her sister, Jean Lacey; brother, John (Patti) Kitz both of Lancaster, Ohio; several nieces & nephews; and her loyal companion, Tippy.
Ann was preceded in death by her Loving husband of 51 years, Max E. Collins in 2012; and parents, Louis and Hazel (Sullivan) Kitz.

She worked at Fairfield Medical Center & retired after 40 years of dedicated service.
Caring cremation has taken place through the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME.
