Ann Collier

Ann L. Collier age 84 of Thornville, formerly of Thurston, for 40 years, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Pickering House in Lancaster. She was born August 29, 1928 in Roda, VA to the late Ira and Elizabeth Childress Hughes. She was a member of the Millersport Lioness’s Club.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Martina (Delbert) Hardy of Thornville; her son Michael (Becky) Collier of Port Charlotte FL; her brother John (Berniece) Hughes of Fayetteville NC; grandchildren, Del M. (Lois) Hardy and Teresa A. (David) Ward all of Thornville, Dale Collier of Newark; great grandchildren, Hunter Hardy, Aleaah Hardy, Logan Ward; step great grandchildren, Lindsey (Matt) Carney, Tara Snider; step great great grandchildren, Colton Carney, Case Carney. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; two brothers.
Caring Cremation® has taken place through the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 N. Main St., Baltimore OH 43105. Friends may call at the funeral home 5 until 7 pm Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
