Alberta M. Beddow 78 of Lancaster, Ohio died Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at her residence. She was a member of the Lancaster United Brethren Church, liked to walk the River Valley Mall, Avid bingo player, and enjoyed her family.
She is survived by her children, Barbara (Paul Smith) Householder of Sugar Grove, Ohio, Elizabeth (Larry) Hill of Grove Port, Ohio, Gary (Kathy) Beddow of Sugar Grove, Ohio, and Debra (Patrick) White of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Grace (Marion) Miller of Circleville, Ohio; two nieces, cousins, and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Virgie Lang, husband, Bert Beddow, grandchildren, Karolyn Householder and randy Woolum, Jr., and nephew, Randy Miller.
Funeral service will be held Friday, August 29, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Kandyse Nuce officiating. Burial to follow in Forest Rose Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
