Alan George Walters

Alan G. Walters age 62, of Baltimore, Ohio, passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday August 12, 2022.

Alan loved Buckeye football, playing his guitar, fishing, hunting, and numerous outdoor activities. His passion was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Alan is survived by his wife of 39 years Laura Walters, sons Christopher (Marcy), Casey (Ashley), and grandchildren, Abigail, Evan, Owen, Kennedy, Beau and Theo. Surviving siblings are Becky (Joe) Russell, Diana, (John) McElheney, David (Sharen) Walters and Grandmother Bette Walters. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Walter (Teena) Besst, Ann (Delyn) Christian, Linda (Jeff) Day, Mike Besst, Mark (Raissa) Besst, Matthew (Kim) Besst. As well as many dearly loved nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Preceded in death by his father, Richard Walters, mother Jean Spence Walters, and brother Rick Walters.

A service and celebration of life will be held Friday, September 2nd at 3:00pm at Smeck Park 7395 Basil Rd., Baltimore, Ohio. Attendees are encouraged to don their Buckeye gear in memory of Alan’s love for the Buckeyes.
